Available to ship within 2-4 weeks of receipt of order and payment. In rare cases where we can’t fulfil your order within that timeframe, we’ll call to let you know and offer an alternative or a refund.

These are products that are currently out of stock and a current shipping estimate is unknown. These product availabilities are dependent upon stock availability at the local distributors warehouse who we are happy to contact should you require a more accurate availability date. "Clearance Stock - Ships in 1-2 Days"
A Clearance item which may include store demo, open box, returns, store damaged, discontinued, run out and clearance items. In stock and available to ship within 1-2 business days of receipt of order and payment.
"Pre-Loved Item - Ships in 1-2 Days"
A Pre-loved item - May be a trade in or otherwise used item. In stock and available to ship within 1-2 business days of receipt of order and payment.
Gift cards are available for immediate delivery. Online Gift cards can be delivered straight away via email 24/7.
Sometimes products sell out quicker than we can update our website and occasionally there may be delays in shipping your order over the estimated time frame should we have to re-order items from the product distributor. If for some reason we are unable to ship the product you ordered within the expected time frame, we will contact you as soon as possible and you may request a refund if you are not happy with the revised shipping time.
